Woods Tax District Board
of Directors and Flood and Erosion Control Board Meeting November
9th, 2010 Members present:
Margaret Houlihan, Cliff Moon
and Rande Chmura, Keith Pezzetti, Jack Gibbs, Steve Heath, Eric Werstler and Tom
Pandolfi. Absent:
Glen Humes Others Present: Fred

Report: A motion was made to accept the minutes from the October meeting.
The motion was approved unanimously. Eric Werstler reported that the lake has been lowered.
It will stay where it is until Bungee finishes their dam work.
During the winter, 1 to 5 feet of shore will be exposed.
Signs have been placed at the low level outlet. Roads: Tom
Pandolfi reported he will get estimates for removal of a dead tree on Crooked
Trail Ext. Tom
is also obtaining estimates for installing road fabric and material on a small
portion of Crooked Trail. A
bid for snow plowing from Bob Perry has been received.
The cost is the same as last year. Another
bid was received with a higher overall cost than Bob.
Mike
O’Shaugnessy did some drainage work on Crooked Trail for $85. Health, fire and safety: Steve
Heath reported that the speed bump has been removed for the year.
Other Business
– Steve Heath reported on the Witches Woods governance committee.
First draft of the covenants is complete.
Voting
procedures were discussed. Some
topics included 1 vote per person, one vote per lot, 1 vote per landowner, 2/3
majority – more details will be discussed later.
Clarification and voting list will be created. Treasurer’s Report: Rande
Chmura reviewed the financial report. Building and Zoning: Margaret
Houlihan reported that no permits have been issued by the town of Next
meeting – January 11th A motion to adjourn the meeting was made,
seconded and carried unanimously.
