Witches Woods Tax District
Board of Directors and Flood and Erosion Control Board Meeting
November 5th, 2008

Members present: Eric Werstler, Rande Chmura, Cliff Moon, Ken Braithwaite, Tom Pandolfi and Karen Marshall. Others present: Fred Chmura, Absent - Glen Humes, Margaret Houlihan and Ron Zavarella

Ken Braithwaite called the meeting to order at 7pm.

Clerks Report:
A motion was made by Eric Werstler and seconded by Tom Pandolfi to accept the minutes from the October 15th meeting. The motion was approved unanimously.

Roads:
Tom Pandolfi reported that Bob Perry has been contracted to do the plowing and sanding. Tom contacted Lake Bungee to find out if they had any response to their advertisement for plowing and sanding bids. They did not have other bids.
Josh Butts is doing the tree and brush trimming.
John Albrecht will fill pot hole and do road maintenance.
Tom inspected a new driveway on Indian Spring Road. A neighbor was concerned about possible run-off - Tom reviewed the situation and determined that run-off will not be a problem. The driveway was built without a driveway permit - the board will take no further action.

Outflow Replacement:
Eric Werstler reported Mattern Construction of Baltic has the contract ready to sign. Attorney Tom Borner reviewed the contract and performance bond.

Lake, Dam and Beach:
Eric reported that the new buoy by Koviciny Beach can not be removed.

Health, fire and safety:
Speed bumps will be removed soon.

Treasurer's Report:
A meeting for the Outflow project loan closing is scheduled for next Friday.

Rande Chmura presented the financial report to the board.
Next meeting - December 3rd at 7PM
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Tom Pandolfi, seconded by Karen Marshall and carried, unanimously.
